Professional Experience:
Jonathan Yeh is a principal attorney of Blank Law & Technology P.S. Mr. Yeh’s practice includes general commercial transactions and litigation, computer forensics, electronic evidence, technology risk management, and intellectual property. Admitted to practice in Washington in 2002, highlights of Mr. Yeh extensive professional experience include:
■ Development and implementation of a comprehensive internal program for responding to civil document subpoenas for a Fortune 100 company.
■ Development and coordination of electronic evidence support service programs through Blank Law & Technology’s Electronic Document Investigation (EDI) services for large and small scale litigation being handled by some of the largest and most well-respected law firms in the Pacific Northwest.
■ Development of internal technology use policy and procedure manuals and investigation of technology misuse, software piracy, and other technology related matters for a number of major Northwest and national companies.
■ Research and drafting of pleadings in complex commercial disputes and securities-related litigation in Washington state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Blank Law & Technology P.S., Mr. Yeh was a summer associate at Riddell Williams, P.S., a full-service law firm with its offices in Seattle, Washington, and a legal intern for Bureau 1030 LLC, an independent technology company designed to bridge the gap between law and the emerging multimedia economy.

Pro Bono Activities:
Mr. Yeh currently serves as the coordinator of the International District Legal Clinic (IDLC). Jointly sponsored by the Asian Bar Association of Washington, the King County Bar Association, and the Asian Counseling and Referral Service, the IDLC provides free legal advice and consultation primarily to members of the Asian/Pacific Islander community in an effort to reduce the inherent cultural and linguistic barriers to participation in the legal system.
