Manage & Produce

As the final function of electronic discovery, documents are managed and produced.  The production is supported by, if necessary, the testimony and documentation prepared over months or years during functions 1-7, above.
  • Demand digital-legal expertise
  • Create production based on agreed-upon parameters (generally TIFF images with supporting load files that contain metadata)
  • Redact TIFF images, if necessary
  • Endorse images with Bates stamps
  • Ensure documents regarding chain of custody, authenticity, admissibility, and reasonableness of process have been properly prepared
  • Continually monitor, test, and document
