A client found evidence of employee computer misuse, which appeared initially to be child pornography.  Blank Law & Technology  gathered the relevant electronic evidence by making a mirror image—or clone—of the employee’s hard disk drive, interviewing key fact witnesses, and analyzing the employee’s computer and Internet use to confirm or refute the employee’s justification for the presence of pornographic images on his computer.

An employee of a client was accused of unauthorized pornography viewing and Internet surfing on company workstation.  Blank Law & Technology  immediately responded, cloning target hard disk drives and conducting a forensics investigation of computer and Internet use.

A public company was sued in an employee discrimination suit.  The company engaged Blank Law & Technology to conduct a forensic investigation to attempt to prove whether or not an electronic document was created on the company’s computer system.  Blank Law & Technology gathered the electronic evidence and conducted a forensic analysis of the electronic document’s metadata and the company’s computer system, ultimately concluding that the document was not created on one of the public entity’s computer and exonerating the company personnel involved.

A company engaged in software development required oversight and documentation of a major file deletion project in order to ensure the company’s ability to confirm its compliance with a settlement in past litigation.  Blank Law & Technology  assisted the company in cloning affected computer hard drives, permanently deleting files, and fully documenting the procedures followed to insure against future litigation.

A major U.S. company was in danger of being held in contempt by a federal court for failure to produce electronic documents related to documents in the possession of Plaintiff.  The company contended that it had undertaken all reasonable measures, and that further measures were cost-prohibitive.  Blank Law & Technology  undertook an investigation of the company’s infrastructure and network topology, and submitted declarations with respect to the effort required; the contempt motion failed.
